UniFi Enterprise 8 PoE is a new switch for high-load systems and is a higher performance counterpart to the US-8-150W switch. Equipped with eight RJ45 2.5 gigabit ports with PoE+ 802.3af/at support and two SFP+ ports for installing 10 gigabit transceivers. USW-Enterprise-8-PoE is designed for full deployment of modern Wi-Fi 6 wireless networks.
The UniFi Switch Enterprise 8 PoE has automatic 802.3at PoE+ detection on all 8 RJ45 ports, as well as two 10 Gbps SFP+ trunk ports for connecting to WiFi 6 access points and fiber links. A 1.3″ LCD touch screen display shows the current status and operating mode of the switch. It can be used to make adjustments to the switch parameters and view some statistical information without the need for a graphical interface.
This switch can be monitored or configured from anywhere with the powerful, intuitive UniFi Network web application and mobile app. The UniFi Network Application is a powerful, enterprise wireless software engine ideal for high-density client deployments requiring low latency and high uptime performance. With its software-based capabilities, the UniFi virtual control plane allows for unlimited scalability under one centralized controller.
